IF you protein intake is adequate then I guess you can get away with it. However a lot will depend on your genetics if you go that route.

My diary is open. I do low carb below 50 grams 4-5 days of the week and refeed on the weekend.

As stated above you get 33 grams of fat if you are eating 990 calories. If you are indeed doing this it will be a short term bandaid on a long term problem. Increase to 1200 calories immediately.

Depends on your sensitivity to carbs. I am very sensitive to carbs. I am also carb cycling to get down to 10 percent bodyfat. Hasn't been a detriment. However calories in vs calories out.

Try having a refeed day where you eat 500-1000 calories above 1400. Or eat at maintenance for 3-5 days. Your hormones maybe out of sync, strategic overeating may reset your system. It worked for me.

Calorie cycling and carb cycling are two different things. Carb cycling is usually for lean people trying to get leaner. You don't fit this category. You can however cycle your calories with alternate high/low days.

Eat at deficit, lift weights, do strategic cardio (low intensity mixed with high intensity). Eat lots of protein.

4-5 days low carb (<50 grams). 1-2 moderate to high carb. I am sensitive to carbs, my face puffs up. At the beginning is was hell, but now my lifts have gone up as I continue to cut. More vascular as well.

The 1200 number already takes into account your activity level. If you choose to eat back your exercise calories your deficit will be lower. From what you said: 2090-(1200+540) is a 350 deficit instead of a 890 calorie deficit. You will lose at a slower rate if you eat back. Dont worry about net and think you will go in…
