Does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight fast ? Since school is starting soon I want to be in shape for the school year.

With only 15lbs to lose any weight you lose 'fast' will likely be regained just as quickly.
Aim for a small deficit and make fat loss the goal, not scale weight. 0.5 lb per week would be a sensible goal.0 -
