so I've been doing bodybuilding and powerlifting style workouts for about a year now and have gotten relatively good muscle growth I am 300 pounds and am 6'5"beating around 3-4000 calories a day and about 220 grams of protien. This past couple weeks I have been really limiting my calories to under 2500 and just maintaining my protien consumption as well as some Heathy carbs and uping my cardio. I haven't lost a single pound. I feel like I'm losing fat though. Do you guys think I'm just losing the fat and replacing it with muscle so my weights not really changing?

If your lift are going up quite possibly. Too many variables.

It's hard to say from your post. I would go for a month. At that point, weigh in and check your measurements. If you're losing inches, you're doing it right, whether or not you lose weight.
Here's a good macro split that works good for me when I'm cutting.
    Protein:0.8-1.2 g/lb...although, I think doing 220-250 g/day is good for you
    Fat: 20-30%
Carbs: the rest of your calories
