Coffee and tea are my life. I went from using sugar to using my protein shakes as creamer. I also add masala tea spice to my coffee grounds and that gives it an kick of flavor and I don't notice that there is less than 1g of sugar in my coffee or tea.

Hello. My (sorta) mini goal is to finish the spare bedroom that became a catch all so that I have a dog free zone to work out. With my work schedule the gym is hard to get to during the week and the dogs think something is wrong when I'm doing floor work and then I don't get anything done. lol
