None. A cheat day by my standards would easily set me back 2-3 weeks.

Diet soda is fine in moderation. Listen, EVERYTHING is suppose to kill you. Regular produce is suppose to be infested with pesticides, microwaves cause cancer, the air we breathe cause cancer, anything that processed(probably 90%) of the stuff in stores is suppose to kill us too. Ok, maybe in 20-30 years they'll discover…

You have to take baby steps. You can't just say ok I'm not going to have this, this, this and that anymore after having all that your whole life. It simply doesn't work like that, you'll fail. I use to drink 5-7 cans of soda a day, eat cookies, bread, drink tons of juice and all kind of junk my whole life. What did I do?…

Mts whey cookies and cream. Thank me later.

Ask yourself this. What's more important? Your goal or pizza? Cravings are just part of the game. You can log 2-3 slices if you want but carry on the next day as usual. You're on a one way trip to an eating disorder if you feel like you need to starve yourself for an entire day to "make up" whatever damage you did. You…

I eat four whole eggs with two egg whites everyday.
-
Eggs, chicken breast, lean ground beef, whey protein, Greek yogurt, cheese, fish. Honestly protein is the easiest macro for me to hit everyday lol
-
Sounds like you're eating more than you think.

I can relate. I was overweight my whole life as well until I was inspired and decided to make a lifestyle change at age 21. I haven't looked back and I wouldn't give up what I'm doing for anything. It all begun January 2014, I was 235lb and today I am 170. Definitely happy with my progress but I'm no where near where I…

Fiber one bars Broccoli Sweet potato Flatout wraps Pear Blueberries Oatmeal Wheat bread Those are a few that come to mind.

Definitely would have to be Bbq ribs. Carrot cake, Bbq chicken, pizza, and oreo ice cream are honorable mentions too.

Aiming for -1.5lb a week. We'll see how I do next week. I'll gladly bump up another 100 calories if I have too

I eat four whole eggs a day and I'm still alive. The cholesterol found in eggs is the good kind. There's a lot of research about this that you could look up yourself.

It's the only thing that actually works 10/10 times if used correctly.

Why are you so afraid of carbs? Carbs doesn't make you gain weight, fat doesn't make you gain weight, and protein doesn't make you gain weight. A caloric surplus is what makes you gain weight. 50g of carbs are 50g of carbs. There's no "healthy" carbs. I find oatmeal more filling than cereal but I switch it everyday because…

Meal timing is irrelevant. I sometimes have it after my workout or between meals.

0 calorie monster.

The food scale has been one of the best investments I've ever made.

I know people that can cut on 2400 calories.

Never too much brotein.

Bad foods is an outdated term. You can eat at McDonald's and burger King if you want as long as you hit your macronutrients goals for the day.

Anyone feel free to add me. I'm 22, 169lb atm. I was 235lb last year, I'm currently doing a 12 week cut to get rid of some excess fat. I'm hoping to be where I want around mid to late May. I'll reverse diet June and plan to bulk from July-March.

1300 calories is absolutely NOTHING. Especially for someone of your weight and activity. First thing I'd do is bump that up to 2000 or 2100. Your initial goal should be lose as much weight as you can with the highest amount of calories you can with minimum cardio. Why? Cause working with plateaus will be much easier.…

If you're lifting, doing cardio, and watching your calories. You're doing all the right things. Make sure you're getting an adequate amount of protein(.8 - 1g per bodyweight) and hitting your fat minimums(.35-.45g per bodyweight). When you say you're lifting, are you doing a proven program or are you just doing exercises…

Canadian bacon is like 3g of fat, 0 carbs, and 11 protein per serving I think. You could do that with eggs and sausage links. I saw some chicken links yesterday that were 100 cals for 2. I think it was like 5 fat and 10 protein.
