Whatever you feel works best for you(lifestyle, schedule, etc). IF is nothing special but a tool to use to make cutting less crappy. I've learned that having a "window" doesn't matter. Your caloric balance is what's going to help you.

The thing with diets is that they get you to lose weight but do not teach you how to maintain or bulk in a controlled manner. This is what diets are stupid. Find the calories you need to lose weight at a slow pace. Track your calories everyday. Weigh yourself daily and take your average weekly to see how you're…

Bring your calories up. You're not going to lose weight at 1200 while working out four to five times a week at such a young age. Move it up at 1400 or 1500, weigh yourself daily and take the average for two weeks. When you stopped tracking for those months, you should of found your new maintenance calories when you got…

Looking to lose about 18-25lb for my current cut then I plan to do a lean bulk for at least 7-12 months with possibly a mini cut or two in between. So I should be pretty active. I track my macros and use the intermittent fasting approach. Diary is open, anyone feel free to add me.

Absolutely not. I'm an IF'er as well, many people save their calories for later in the day to have two big meals and a snack. You can YouTube "kinobody" and many others. I personally don't really get hungry until 2-3pm, if I do get someone hungry before that I drink water or 0 calorie flavored sparkling ice water(these…

Buy food in bulk. I can easily get by 7-8 days with about $50. It's the other things that I like but don't really need that add up in my list.... Sparkling water, snacks, etc.

What is a man that exercises regularly suppose to do with 46g of protein a day? Lol.
-
There's nothing wrong with that.

I don't like coconut, avocado, and papaya.

22 right now, I'll be 23 next month!

MTS Whey(you'll thank me later). Cellucor is another good shout out.

Stop buying it. I know I have little self control with cereal, peanut butter, ice cream, and chocolate. I rather keep these things out the house so I can focus on the bigger picture.

I usually guesstimate.

Chia seeds, Quinoa, Kale, and Spinach come to mind.

I like Quest, Combat Crunch, Oh Yeah Victory, and Pure protein bars. I'll definitely rate them in that particular order although some days I might pick combat crunch bars over quest. Although I have a few protein bars at my disposal, I use them very sparingly. Mostly on days that I actually need them(long classes, travels,…

Egg beaters, chicken breast, lean meat, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, cheese, turkey, whey, and seafood are all solid sources. I easily hit my 185g daily total.

I use it on days I train fasted or when I don't have food for 5hr+ prior to training. I don't think it's an extremely important supplement to have unless you have extra cash laying around.

You're just starting. You don't need to carb cycle at all. Just stay in a consistent deficit.

Unsweetened Almond milk is the only milk I can drink. I always found regular milk to be nasty.
-
Oh please. What kind of eggs are you buying? Eggs are a staple for people on ketosis diets.
-
Ground beef, Turkey, and chicken. Bacon Eggs Egg substitute Seafood Chicken Ham Mozzarella cheese

Artic zero is garbage. Quest and Combat Crunch bars are awesome. I recently discovered Combat Crunch and I have to say the Cinnamon Twist flavor is God tier. Similar macros.

Here's the thing. You KNOW what's affecting you. There's nobody to blame but yourself. Nobody is perfect, you don't have to snack if you don't want to. You choose to do it because your goal isn't as much as a priority as you think it is. Solutions? Simple, save extra calories at night. Eat more veggies. Why veggies?…

Protein is protein. There's nothing magical about protein shakes, it will not help or hurt your fat loss goals. Use them if you have a hard time hitting your protein goal for the day. When protein is basically powdered/liquid chicken breast. I use whey because it's convenient to take to work on days I cannot hit my protein…

I tried the new cookie dough one and it's trash.
