  • Honestly, it's not hard. The method is really straight forward and quite simple to understand. Applying it is the hard part and being consistent. It's much easier to fall off track than staying on track.
  • Tha gawd is here brahs
  • I will always recommend MTS as a priority because the flavors are amazing, great profile, and I support the CEO, Marc Lobliner. Two other brands I'll recommend would be Cellucor or Dymatize.
  • What a hippie opening post
  • Cookie dough oreos and carrot cake m&m's. The M&ms are amazing. Cookie dough oreos are good but not better than the red velvet ones imo.

  • So cut. You could easily maintain a high protein diet on a cut. Eggs, chicken breast, greek yogurt, whey, ground beef, cheese, etc. Hitting 170-190g of protein isn't difficult.
  • I like McDonald's premium mcwrap with grilled chicken and no ranch. Good macros for the size and price imo.
  • Get the better choices available on the menu. Fast Food doesn't necessarily have to be bad as the media makes it out to be. Ex. Egg white delight, premium grilled chicken wrap with no ranch at McDonald's.
  • Cause I can buy mts whey which is will result in me getting a fantastic product and supporting a good man in the bodybuilding industry.
  • Eat whenever you want as long as you hit your macronutrient goals for the day. Me personally? I have a large chunk of my carbs post workout. However this may not be the case for everyone and that's absolutely fine. You can have carbs in the morning or night. Doesn't really matter. Fitness/bodybuilding or whatever you're…
  • I like cocoa puffs, Kashi go lean, and lucky charms with unsweetened Almond milk.
  • They have good micronutrients but they're nothing magical. Caloric deficit is the key to weight loss, no food has magical properties to get rid of fat.
  • MTS Whey. Amazing flavor, great company CEO, and the product is tested. I personally would rather support a man who shows his face and gives people free content on YouTube week in and week out than support a company that I know nothing about. The mts flavors are amazing. (Vanilla, No Bake Cookie, Creamy Red Velvet, Cookies…
  • I like the BBQ flavor. However I bought it once and never will again. Why? The calories aren't worth the volume for me. The bags feel like they're filled with air. There's not much substance to the chips. Even as an in between meals. I'd rather have a shake, two dannon light & fits, or a bar than the chips. Solid macros…
  • I aim to get two servings of fruit and veggies a day. Fruit is good for you, like anything else.... An excess can be a negative.
  • Whey protein is nothing special. It's a convienent way to get protein. You will build muscle with a high protein diet and making sure you're in a caloric surplus. Don't go for the cheap stuff. It's cheap for a reason. Excess of fillers and crap ingredients. Some of these companies have lawsuits going their way for amino…
  • Maybe if you scrub down food with windex you'll get clean food.
  • You're fine. You can go over any macronutrient as long as you don't put yourself in a surplus. Unless you have a heart condition, don't worry about sodium. The only thing sodium will do it make you retain water which cause weight fluctuation. This is why you may see you "gained" half a pound or so overnight. Nothing to…
  • I weigh myself everyday. The app I use averages my week and I go with that. My issue with once a week weigh-ins is that I can manipulate the scale and almost cheat it. I rather see my daily fluctuation.
  • I buy the foods that I know will help me reach my goal and I know I will be the only one held responsible if I fail. I plan ahead and made myself a few variations to my recipes so I don't get bored of eating the same thing everyday. This is something that I really want to do for myself. The love and desire of this…
  • I mix a serving of Kashi go lean cereal with a serving of either cocoa puffs or lucky charms with unsweetened Almond milk. A bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and diced strawberries. Four whole eggs with two egg whites. Overnight oats is another thing I enjoy.
  • I track everything except veggies(unless it's frozen), handfuls of blueberries, and reduced sugar ketchup. Otherwise I weigh and track everything.
  • I've seen some amazing results from others that have carb cycled. Yes the deficit is more important. A lot of impressive transformations are from people that somehow have manipulated their carb intake. I do plan on carb cycling 6-7 weeks towards the end of my cut. There are different approaches to take and I'm excited to…
  • If you truly follow iifym, ignore the sugar. It will not affect your weight loss progress as long as you're in a deficit. I've seen lifters down a baggie of gummy bears and sour patch kids pre and intra workout in the name of iifym(yes people do this, look it up). If it makes you feel better than limit the majority of your…
  • You're being crazy. There's nothing special about whey protein besides it being a very convenient way to get protein in. No food will make you gain weight. A scoop of whey is anywhere from 120-150 calories with 25 being protein. You will not bulk up by having whey everyday. Trust me, if it was that easy everyone would be…
  • Food doesn't have to be bland when dieting. You just need to use the right seasoning/condiments.

  • Haha most definitely. The fitness community isn't so big after all. I love mts, best stuff out there. It's all good. I only mentioned that because I know and seen how people punish themselves after eating anything labelled "unhealthy". Eat a burger or a pizza and they would A. Starve themselves the next day or B. Do 30min…
