It's fine. It's all preference. Some days I have evenly portioned meals and others I prefer a big dinner. Caloric intake is what's important. Your body isn't going to say "Oh no! It's 7:01pm, turn everything into fat now!"

I do iifym but when i look at the things I eat I guess I'm more of a "clean" eater. Unless cheese is considered dirty. I get a serving of oreos, ice cream, or cereal every so often but I prefer my sweet potato, oatmeal, and fruits cause I find them much more satisfying to eat.

If you haven't lost weight for the past four weeks and you've been hitting your macros then add a little cardio now. It's good that you haven't been doing cardio. Depends on your goal. Generally, no. I wouldn't worry about going over your protein goal for the day unless it puts you in a surplus if you're trying to cut.

If you hit your macros, you will hit your calories. You can eat whenever you want, meal timing is irrelevant. Your body isn't going to store food as fat if you eat at 7:01pm. Carbs are not the enemy. Excess of calories is the problem.
