im following a diet by my trainer, but always over my protein limit for the day. Is this bad?

Potentially if that puts you over your daily caloric intake. Are you trying to gain, lose, or maintain weight?0

Depends on your goal. Generally, no. I wouldn't worry about going over your protein goal for the day unless it puts you in a surplus if you're trying to cut.0
