I agree....try to make better choices but don't go without....A holiday can be fun without eating EVERYTHING you crave, but don't make it miserable by going without all yummy food....just come back when it'd over and get back on it o:)

I'm a savoury addict too! I could ignore a cake in the fridge...but a packet of crisps in the cupboard? No chance! This app helps me so much because I realise how much exercise those crispies cost me and I just can't afford it haha xx

199lbs.....down 7lbs on two weeks ago...but only 2lbs down on 6 weeks ago....45lbs left to go and down to only one bottle of wine every 2 nights....plus the odd gin ;)

Thank you Gdogg92 :) it's exercise that's really helping....I don't think I'd be able to stick to my calories without it! Don't worry about the pizza...you're totally right, you've got to give yourself some treats or it would be impossible to stick to long term...It just means you savour it more than usual haha!

I would love more friends to help motivate me! I've been on a week and have lost 5lbs....only 51 to go! My diary is open...hopefully to stop me cheating o:)

Morning all! So I went out for a meal last night and was (sort of) good with my food (no pudding....good girl ;) ) however, I totally over did it on the vino.....so....gonna claw it back today with lots of water, an exercise dvd and very strict calorie watching....I will not let one day of weakness ruin my goal o:) <3

It's great to see so many people on board...I'm feeling motivated already :) I've made my food and exercise public....If that doesn't keep me on track I don't know what will haha...If anybody wants to connect on here feel free, it's great to share this journey with others!

Good tip! I always have a packet of wafer thin ham in the fridge and have a couple of slices if I feel snacky.....not sure it's the best thing but definitely better than biscuits :)

I have 56lbs to lose.....I just want to wake up in the morning and get dressed without it being a drama to find an outfit that hides my weight gain! None of them do of course! I feel like I'm on it this time and have exercised 2 days in a row now....A big thing for me! Looking forward to sharing the journey and being back…
