Thank you 😊 think I try to do it all at once and want it all yesterday but I know it's not realistic and I can't stick with it!

Hey all. I've been completing my step goal then my fitbit takes steps off me so it will say I've done 10,000 steps then when I go back on the app it will say 9,500. Some days I've stayed on the app to make sure I do all my steps, which I do, and it takes them off again :( Anyone having the same issue?? Xx

Congratulations on the birth of your little one :) exciting times ahead. I'm due to give birth in 5 days so I will be in the same boat as you very soon. Don't deprive yourself of anything you fancy or you will just binge on it later and don't lower your calories too much. Apparently we need all the energy we can get. :#…

Jeeez I've gained way too much but I thought I had. I was supposed to easy my self back into eating after doing the Cambridge diet but I couldn't as I had to stop using their products as soon as I found out I was pregnant. I have a feeling I'm going to really struggle to lose it all.

My bump isn't massive but I'm beginning to count my chins now and my bingo wings are expanding. It's horrible and I've decided I cannot gain anymore weight. No I won't be doing the Cambridge again it cost me £60 a week and I ate nothing but powder for over 2 months. Didn't have a social life at all. I've bought exercise…

Thank you very much. I was half a stone off my goal weight when I got pregnant now I'm back where I started. Sorry to sound stupid but what are nutrient dense foods?

Did you find it easy to lose weight after baby was born? People have told me it's harder to lose when you've had the baby and I'm scared because I have a lot of weddings, christenings and a pre planned holiday coming up but I'm the size of a small country and my self confidence is already low :/

Yeah good idea. My partner suggested having a cheat meal once a week. I've spent the day making loads of meals to put in the freezer for when baby is here. All low calorie so I have no excuse when he arrives. I didn't even eat chocolate before now it's all I want..... and chicken nuggets :/ Thanks for your reply :)

Hey I'm pregnant with my first baby. I lost 29lbs and was continuing to lose before I found out I was pregnant. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I've already put all 29lbs back on. I can't afford to put anymore on but really struggling.
