I get a bunch of walking in daily just getting to work and home. Once it gets nicer I will walk more when I do get home at night. I am going to try and start swimming if I can find a gym that is not crazy money. I also starting doing Kickboxing once a week.

I don't have a dog but two of my cats will go on the leash. Cyrus doesn't like to leave the front of the house but once Gizmo gets used to it we are able to walk for a bit. Not as far as a dog will go but it is fun to take them out. Oscar is our other cat. He is the escape artist and does not leave the house! B)

Right now I am eyeballing everything because I don't have a scale. It should be here in a day or too. I am kinda looking forward to measuring. :) I also need to really get in the habit of planning ahead. These are all great tips! Thank you everyone!

Yup. My stomach was not happy the first few days either. It does get better. Just keep at it. Drink a lot of water. It really does help. Also light exercise like walking seemed to help settle it as well.

Bringing my lunch to work instead of going out and buying it. Less chance of getting fast food. Plus I don't have to guess portion sizes and info. I already know!

First. Congrats on loosing! You are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! I think this is a great idea. I am waiting for my new scale to come to get a more accurate measure. Once I have it though I am definitely going to limit my weigh ins. I feel like this will make the success all the sweeter then

I try to be in bed by 10 but I don't fall asleep till almost 11. I am up at 5 during the week so that is about 6 hours. I am pretty tired and by the end of the week it is a struggle.

I tried a bunch of OTC pills but I didn't like how they made me feel. Too jittery. They also didn't really help much. Now I just take a multivitamin and Fish Oil supplement.
