I just got off the pill right about the same time I started here. About 3 months ago. I definitely didn't gain weight but I am wondering if it has made loosing harder? The last week or so I have lost my mojo......but I did keep logging for the most part and have been doing ok. Not great but ok. Today I am getting back into it. Heading to the gym after work and really going to push it. Hope everyone else is well! I caught up on reading and you are all amazing!

I have been doing the stretching every day. Then again I always stretch in the morning so yay for that! My bad habit that I have gotten into is ice cream. Summer is here and I love it and tend to over do it. So far this week though I have been good about it!

A good rule of thumb is if you want to eat back your exercise calories (and you can if you want to) is to only eat back half of them. This way in case there are any errors (because there is no way to exactly measure how many calories you burn).

I have never done the 21 day fix but I did try 30 day shred. If they are similar then I would log it as circuit training. That is what most people told me when I first started it here. Hope that helps!

I use Body tech - Whey Tech Pro 24. It comes in different flavors. The chocolate one is good. I have vanilla too and it is ok. I put it either in smoothies for breakfast or just water for a nice after work out drink.

I have cats as well. Two of them go on the leash. They don't really walk though....more like take two steps and then roll in the grass.... or they just army crawl for a bit and give up.

For real. Overall I do like the gym. This last week though I got water in my ears from swimming and got an ear infection which turned into Vertigo. Sorry I have been kinda MIA the last few days. I have just not been feeling good. Been super tired and had a nice case of Vertigo. Still not feeling super great but trying to push through. Yeah.....the sleep one is going to be hard. I try to get to bed to sleep right but my brain just doesn't turn off. Doesn't help that I get up so early for work. I am going to really try this week though! The food one sounds fun!

I do a lot of walking as well. If I am not walking then I go swimming. Both have been really helpful in getting more active. My goal is to work up to more intense workouts but for now I am happy with just these two!

This is the one I go with if I have the time allrecipes.com/recipe/guacamole/ If I don't have the time I just mash up the avocados and mix it with Santa Barbara Mild Salsa and just add some lime juice so it doesn't turn green!! Now I want chips and salsa....lol!!

I have my Folgers coffee with either regular 2% milk or almond milk. Depends on what I grab from the fridge.
