Where do you get your exercise music?

I have a Windows 8.1 smartphone (Nokia Lumia 521). It works pretty well with most apps. I'm just wondering what the best place to get music from so I can listen to something while I work out. I mean I've tried mixradio and spotify, but after a set up my few singers I want the playlist based on, they play one or two songs I like and then the rest is crap I can't stand. Is there something out there that actually plays music in sync with one's selections?

On a side note, what headphones do you use? I see all these people in the gym with the earbuds and I'm just like "How are they not falling out??? Do I have different ears than these people??"

Try Deezer...that's pretty good.....can you not make a bigger playlist in Spotify though???.....or make your own from home and add to your phone.....its good fun creating a good workout playlist......get some pumping tunes on........lol.....

As for ears...mine are massive....so buds don't stay in mine.......always falling out....but I still wont wear the big over ear ones unless in house......not a cool look for me....lol.....

I pay $10/month for Rhapsody. Pretty much any song I want and it stores my music and playlists.

I just create a workout play list of songs I already own, or that I hear and like, so then I purchase. I like to be in control to,what I listen to.

I've got amazon prime account for the tunes, and sports ear buds, they have a removable "gummy" cover, sweat proof, they don't fall out

I just got Amazon Prime. They have a ton of free music and playlist with no ads which is nice.

So you just purchase the actual cd's? I worry that cd's will have the copyright component to it, where it won't let you copy it to the computer.

I just use mp3s straight off my phone, and trade them out for different ones if I get bored with them. There's also last.fm's subscription service - it is similar to Pandora, except you can make playlists of whatever songs you want that they have available. The free version is just internet radio, the paid is $3/mo.

For earbuds, I use JVC riptidz. So far they're the only ones I haven't had issues with them falling out while I'm working out. I've spend three times as much on ones that end up falling out every 5 minutes.

Pandora has a really good station called Pop and hip hop power workout. It's kind of fun and most smart phones I think have the ability to get Pandora for free. :)

Love Pandora free... Lots of options, depending on what workout music you like...
