Amy is asking the right questions. My biggest issue is getting busy and waiting too long between meals, then I over eat, never feel full, and end up snacking on top of it all. Knowing why your doing this behavior is half the battle! Once you know why your doing this you can work to prevent it from happening.

Way to go! Count me in too. I'm not tech savy enough for Twitter, but I will update here. :smiley: Yesterday I did 10,500 steps and 45 minutes on the stationary bike, oh, and I'm doing a 4 week squat challenge, so I did 30 squats. Let you know tonight if I make it or drop from exhaustion.
