Also I am with you on "just a little bit" justification, the only time this approach works is if I really own one serving, for later attitude never works for me I'm very good at explaining why now is better :)

thank you all, I will have a reasonable dinner tonight, complete deprivation never worked for me, also the fact that I am going to have dinner is a first step in the right direction for me. In the past I would suffer a complete "what the hell" syndrome and just throw in the towel, but not today :smiley: so thank you!

It's common to feel that way, it may take couple of months before change shows, but it is worth it. Some changes are subtle but your body knows the difference, you just have to trust it, think of it as a test.
