I know this is a little different topic, when preoccupied with a broken heart that includes grief, guilt and unending sadness, how one keeps the head above water and not completely give in to comfort of food?

summer, kids, husband away on trips
I feel like lately I have been in a mode of "Attempting to save the day", and it's taking a toll. I am making a transition to a summer schedule with the kids at home and husband away on business trips most of the time. Any tips and encouragement would be awesome. Thanks
