Tanking it- day 2

So to make the long story short, today is the second day of eating like s@#, sometimes I think I overthink this whole weight loss business; creating healthy habits, moderation, willpower, common sense, etc. Maybe I'm on overload, I don't know, but I wonder why I have streaks of good days, few in a row just so I completely sabotage my efforts soon after. Things were not like this before, I don't know if this is a descent to finally giving up. I know I have to keep myself accountable and nobody will hold my hand in this, but I begin to really worry. This roller coaster has been going on for months. Any thoughts appreciate it. I even tried some therapy, for a short time (waste of my time unfortunately).

    Look, just logging your food is a win. Weighing yourself daily is a win.

    I am a major diet fail. But, I know what my issues are...and how to make it work. You do too. It is just getting it together.
