I do well during the day, as dinner time approaches things get difficult (emotional/stress eating has sneaked into my life so yes I believe I keep eating too much)

Question, how long can it take to begin losing weight? In the past I would lose nothing for couple of weeks then suddenly drop 5 lbs after say 3-4 weeks. I don’t seem to follow the typical 1-2 lbs a week process. I also have over calorie limit days between very “clean ‘ days. Could that be the reason why I’m not losing? Do…

debubbie-I started doing that too, planning meals and writing them down on a erase board. I have to agree, it helps a big deal, and 4pm snack might be just the trick, as long as I do overdo the snack.

You guys are awesome, some great ideas and reminders what worked for me in the past but got lost in a way. Having a beverage during "that" time of the day helps but not always, I guess it all boils down to planning really. What I don't understand is how I derailed so badly, I used to have this dinner routine down to a t.…

It's interesting to see that everyone saves their calories, I used to do that as well, I had the motivation, but something happens in the late afternoon when my resolve dissolves, I have to find that reset button in me, it's been very frustrating roller coaster for me, but reading your replies gives me hope, so thanks for…
