Not having an appetite is totally different from anorexia. Anorexia is a serious mental disorder. It's so much more than not wanting to eat.

I'm actually snacking on a bowl of raw sugar snap peas right now! But I like snow peas sauteed with some minced garlic and Bragg's liquid aminos. I will have to try them in the oven!

If I get the munchies I just snack on a ramekin full of sugar snap peas, baby carrots, or whatever other raw veggies I have in the house. Low cal and crunchy! Usually does the trick. Air popped popcorn is good too!!

80-150g. I like fruit. I tried low carb, and it didn't work for me. I didn't see any difference in my body and my runs were really painful to get through. I just try to make sure the carbs I consume are good quality.

All meat besides chicken/turkey and seafood. Hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup for obvious reasons. Aspartame because it's always given me killer headaches. Rennet because it's from calf stomach and I'm not about that life. Oh, and castoreum. Because, beaver butts.

Whichever workout you enjoy and can stick with long term will get you the best result. That being said, it doesn't hurt to try new things. Maybe try getting a session with a trainer so you can get you more comfortable with lifting and be shown how to do it properly.. you might end up loving it!

I think I will shift my workouts to be more strength focused, rather than mostly cardio, and keep alternating which muscle I train each day so that I don't train the same one two days in a row.
