  • Hey there! I just finished day 4 of the shred! I have done this workout before & believe me it works. I'll take a photo tomorrow + measurements & at the end of my workout & I will post them! I'll remember to label them day 5 & day 30 as I haven't taken my measurements yet. :) hope we can motivate eachother.
  • I am currently 116 kg and plan to lose 46 kg! We both have a lot of weight to lose. Sucks but we can do it!
