You can do this...awareness and wanting to change are the biggest hurdles. And you are right..one day at a time...there will be good and not so good days...but preservance is the key. I sent you a friend request-

All of the advice above is terrific...but dieting (or diet adjustments) are hard....most of us have eaten too much sugar or processed food in the past and letting that go is hard. I am two weeks into a real life style diet adjustment...and some days I am just hungry. Look at what your triggers are...mine are baked goods…

I would love to be friends with others using MFP...learning to eat well is challenging and I would love to know how others are doing:)

I eat some of them...since hunger is my biggest issue of present. Try and not eat them all and so far am losing weight :)

I'm in...51 and here to keep my weight healthy. It is hard sometimes to do alone...but it is worth it to be healthy

You can do this...it is not easy but change seldom is. Keep up with logging your food and sticking to your calorie goal and it will work...Good Luck!!
