I lost a 90# and am addicted to diet Pepsi. Weight watchers used to say if its caffeine free and no sugar DRINK IT. I usually buy a case of diet Pepsi and a case of caffeine free diet Pepsi I do drink water but can't drink it without the flavor packs

I eat oatmeal with almond milk for breakfast with berries and honey to sweeten Snacks raw veggies with hummus, ff popcorn, fiber one bars Lunch lettuce with a lean cuisine or smart ones or with chicken if I have time to cook and Greek yogurt with granola I have to use a lactaid but worth it. I like bear naked fit vanilla…
