  • Good Morning, I am coming off a defunct BSR race and trying to get my mojo back. Looking for a running partner to keep me on track, I am in philly EOL section. My pace is 15:45.
  • I rejoined Weight Watcher last week, as trying to do it on my own with counting my calories here wasn't working. I lost 4 lbs which I don't understand because I am logging the same food on WW as I did here and I didn't do any exercise at all last week. Crazy. I will see what next week looks like.

  • :( I have a weigh in coming up in the next few weeks with my trainer and I am not at all confident that there will be a loss. I have been having a really bad few weeks, no cardio to speak off really, I just can't seem to get my self together.
  • Not doing well with this eating clean.. Just ate 8 mini baby ruth's over the a 4 hour period. I am hungry but I don't want anything that I am currently cooking (Chilli) or have cooked (cabbage). I am trying so hard not to order out... Ok rant is over.
  • I am going to start training next week for the Broad Street Run, I am following Galloway's half marathon training plan and I am hoping to kill two birds with one stone as it were. Broad St is the first week in May and if I stay on schedule I will complete the training by the end of May.
  • Hello, my name is Renee and I have just been told I need to get my cholesterol down and lose about 50 lbs. I thought I would try to do better with my diet and eat cleaner.   • I went to the grocery store today and I think I did pretty good. I resisted the potato chips and the ice-cream I did get pretzels and a pack of snack size baby ruth's. Got some salmon for omega 3 and smart balance to replace my butter. Baby steps.
  • Jess I like to run.. I really think it is just the weather and the season. Holiday time is not the best for me. Not into flowers or museums so that wouldn't work for me. Once the holidays are over I am hoping to get it back on track

  • Forgot to post this last night, I has a session with the trainer and did 3.40 miles @ pace of 14:24 in 49 min on the treadmill. Slow and steady.
