1200 per day plus exercise. Making sure I have healthy snacks between meals seems to help somewhat, but I sure miss gummi bears and dark chocolate, lol. Honestly though, as hungry as I am carrots and broccoli with ranch help a lot!

I live a long way from a gym so work out at home, but even though I have an elliptical and stationary bike, neither of those are fun for me. Feel free to add me as well. I'm 5'9", also live in Colorado, have two children under the age of 11, and am at 148. A month ago I was at 154, and other than pregnancy that's the heaviest I've ever been. Favorite sports: Competitive volleyball, kickboxing, and aerial gymnastics. Looking to tone up and lose a few more pounds.

I saw several mentions regarding enjoying cardio, or the lack thereof. For some of those that dislike cardio, hopefully this will help. 5'9" here and also love being tall. I agree with recommending Maurice's, they have great jeans for us taller folks. Miss Me jeans are starting to carry a 38 length...yay long legs!
