Thanks, You're right! The weight loss is worth the risk

I've seen stories of people who's weight loss actually resulted in firmer breast. Well strength training anyway, lots of pec exercises which I try to squeeze in!

I'm assuming 100% since it happened :D

Thank you ! I can't wait to loose 30 pounds I hear that's when others start commenting lol!

Thanks everyone , I guess its easier for me to attribute the differences to lighting or not pose then take credit or believe its working! Why is that such a struggle, does anyone else feel like that?

I'm 5'1 and my goal wieght is 130 lbs. My sister who is about my height recently lost a ton of weight and at 115 super skinny. I think being more toned and having a larger chest naturally I will look best at 130 but that may change as I get closer to my goal

@dopeysmelly I will try to enjoy the peace but some friggin acknowledgement would be amazing!

Patience is a virtue that I am quickly learning I don't have lol. Im worried about having to buy a new wardrobe but I will probably wear my current clothes until they are falling off. Also have started a saving jar anytime I go over my calories or miss a workout I owe $10 to the clothes jar. Good new is I should have…

You have to log on the website not the mobile app to delete weigh ins or update info

Your probably right it just throws me off because I have gone down or maintained the previous days weight every morning so far which makes it easier to associate my weight loss with the previous days choices. I guess I should just be happy I haven't had a day where I gained yet ;)

Lol no I don't consider that a cheat, I actually meant to change the title. However its not part of my diet plan and when I do eat whole grain bread or let's say a cookie at work the following day is when I loose weight. Its never after days of consistently sticking to my diet and going to the gym.
