I put my MFP as sedentary and connect my Fitbit, if I burn more than 1,700 calories (the calories mfp estimates I burn while being sedentary) MFP will update my excercise calories to give me more to eat. Let the apps/ gadgets do all the thinking and math that’s what they’re here for 😃

I'm 5'1 starting weight of 199 lbs now 123-125 lbs My starting measurements were Hips 42 waist 45 Now my hips are 37 in and my waist is 35in Granted I measure around the largest part of my abdomen not my true waist which is near the ribcage and I definetly have some excess abdominal skin. My waist was always larger then my…

I typically get my cold items like sour cream and cheese on the side so I can reheat the rice meat and beans and also keep my portions in check.

I like frozen meals for lunches, I've started eating a few favorites for dinner out of pure laziness. I LOVE Amy's Mexican enspired frozen meals. They are all vegitarian and I'm a not but I don't even miss the meat. The cheese enchilada and mexcian casserole are pretty good and under 400 calories although the carbs are a…

lol I'll do about 45 minutes of HIIT workouts 30 seconds on 30 seconds off and then break it up with some steady state cardio or body weight strength training for 30 minutes followed by more HIIT.

My thoughts exactly ! A walk through the mall, maybe a grocery shopping trip lol

Yes I know the HR isn't incredibly accurate but it seems more accurate than entering exercises into MFP. Maybe I'll do a walk around the mall

Has anyone tried thermage or titan ? They are a laser sking tightening option. I'm very curious after loosing 70lbs my stomach could use a little help.

Thank you. You're right I'm just rushing things because I'm impatient. Some progress is better than nothing and I should be

Thank you for all the advice ! I just did my reassessment with my personal trainer yesterday and while I've only lost 3lbs on my scale I was down 7 on theirs. While I'm sure the difference is due to having eaten, wearing lighter clothes , etc the other changes are what have impressed me. I went from being able to do 28…

I've lost 66 lbs at 24 and I have loose skin on my breast and stomach. I think it's mostly genetics.

I love cliff builder protein 20 grams of protein and 270 calories for their vanilla almond. I normally go for the chocolate flavor but their vanilla is sooo yummy it's like a daily treat. I know everyone recommends quest because of their 1 gram of net carbs but you can taste the missing carbs. Honestly if you aren't on a…

I eat half of them back , if I'm honest and accurate with my tracking I still loose the 1lb a week I'm aiming for and sometimes a little more.

I started at 5'1 and 198 lbs two years ago. Today I'm 133lbs. I initially started on a low carb and high fat diet because it was easier for me to stick to. I went to the gym 5 days a week and did an hour or so of cardio. I ended up loosing around 30 lbs in two months. About 10 lbs was water weight I'm sure. I eventually…

I've never used a meal replacement shake. I've tried protein shakes or bars in the past for breakfast. I would recommend eating real food that will be more filling and mentally satisfying. Something about drinking my calories isn't as satisfying as eating for me. I also agree with some of the posters above that you should…

Hi everyone! I am 5'1 and started at 198.8 2 years ago. I've started and stopped so many times I've lost track. I made it down to 133 last week and went a little crazy sitting at 138 today. My original goal weight was 130 but I'm thinking I want to be between 115 and 120 now. Anyways I'm back at it and in need of friends ,…

I am 3lbs away. I'm 5'1 and 133 lbs. I'm thinking of lowering it to 120. I'm not really looking at this for weight loss but more to lower body fat. A weight lifting regimen has always seemed intimidating

I was considering lying however I was wondering if there is a benifit to the madness I'm unaware of.

I'm sure the diet isn't sustainable for ever. I've lost about 65 lbs total . I'm pretty happy with that but want to loose some body fat and gain muscle. I was thinking maybe something a little more extreme would give me a little push.
