Basically it's a cross fit work out 3 times a week with a paleo diet. The diet is what concerns me, I typically just watch my calorie intake and I don't know if I can live without dairy for six weeks let alone forever!

If you don't think it's sustainable for you, then you probably shouldn't attempt it4

I'm sure the diet isn't sustainable for ever. I've lost about 65 lbs total . I'm pretty happy with that but want to loose some body fat and gain muscle. I was thinking maybe something a little more extreme would give me a little push.0 -
Hmm I don't get why they force you to follow a certain diet to be honest. I don't think I can handle non-dairy life style even a couple days. You could always lie to them though, it will be our little secret:
That's if you're interested in the workout aspect of the program.4 -
I was considering lying however I was wondering if there is a benifit to the madness I'm unaware of.0

You've already lost 65lbs. Obviously you're doing something right.
As you're aware, a calorie deficit is all that is required to lose weight. No need to go to extremes to lose weight. Reassess your calorie goal and keep going.
How close are you to goal?1 -
I am 3lbs away. I'm 5'1 and 133 lbs. I'm thinking of lowering it to 120. I'm not really looking at this for weight loss but more to lower body fat. A weight lifting regimen has always seemed intimidating0

Since you're so close to goal, it will take longer to lose. Do consider a recomposition, aka bumping your calories to maintenance and doing a progressive heavy lifting program instead of going for drastic measures. This will be the ultimate way to lower body fat.0

Consider reading this:

It's absolutely right in line with your current goals.

They should help you get over feeling intimidated, I'd guess.
(Be aware that the 2nd thread started long ago that some of the photos in the first posts are no longer available.)
