I go on instagram and follow people who have motivating pics or quotes. I also add my own motivation pics and quotes, so it keeps me busy looking for them and i soon forget about food or realise if i really want to lose this weight i need to be good

If the elliptical is what u enjoy then stick with it. The best exercise to do is the one u enjoy doing because that way u will stick to and see results. If u choose an exercise u dont enjoy, u wont do it as much. I love using my exercise bike and treadmill and because i enjoy using them i go on them as often as i can

I eat as close to 1600 calories as i can and dont really eat healthy at all, but im still losing the weight. I eat whatever i want as long as its within my calories. If i go over my calories for the day i eat less for the next day or so until my calories add up.

Hi feel free to add me. Iv only been doing it properly for a week and iv lost 2lbs this week.

My activity level is set to lightly active. I wouldn't say im more than lightly active. I was told its best to work out my TDEE and then take 500 or 1000 calories off that and thats the amount i should eat and to not bother adding exercise as iv already added in my exercise level in with my TDEE

I dont eat back any calories burnt. I was more just wanting an idea of how much im burning a day. I dont log any exercise or steps. Tomorrow will be weigh in day on my first week using mfp

It looks like my fitbit tracks my active minutes even when im only moving for 1 minute.i always thought it only counted active minutes if you walk for at least 10mins

Looks like mine could be inflated then,but iv just looked at my calories burnt on the graph thing and its telling me I burn around 200 calories for 15 mins of walking when my walking is at intense level

My active minutes range from 120 minutes to 200 minutes. At 120 mins i just burn 3000 calories and at 200 mins i burn 3700 calories. I try to be on my feet as much as i can, i do the school run and normally a an hours walk and rest is just bits here n there in the house or 10mins to the shops

Iv been out walking today too. Iv started wearing my pedometer again and im aiming for 10, 000 steps a day. Iv done 13, 623 today! :)
