Hi I'm up for being your buddy. I'm wanting to lose 84lbs. My plan is to do at least 10k steps a day, use my smart hula hoop for at least 5 mins a day and use a smaller plate for my meals. I'm not focusing on calories but I am trying to eat healthier and small portions.

That's great. I will still be in a deficit each day. As at weekends when I eat most, I burn more calories so im still in the same deficit. I jist wanted to make sure it's ok to eat and burn calories to suit my day

Thanx, I know that it's pointless using creams and wraps.i more meant isnt there any exercises I can do to help it from not going as loose? Theres no way I could afford surgery, hopefully I won't need it anyway but I was just thinking if I can do something to help me not end up with lots of hanging skin it would be good

You could try to go for a walk to shops or a nice long walk just to get out of the house so that you can't eat as much. Leave your money at home. Keep yourself busy so that you don't think about food. Or try to plan a treat but make it a small one and do a bit more moving to burn extra calories than you normally would.…

Before I started using my exercise bike a normal day just walking on school run, to shops and around house i would burn at least 2150 to 2250 calories. So i dont think my calorie burn could be false

On Monday I did 15,872 steps and burnt 2846 calories. On Tuesday I did 16,100 steps but only burnt 2645 calories

Im burning between 2650 to 2850. Iv been going on my exercise bike for 20 to 40mins each day but my fitbit just logs it as steps. To get my steps I do the school run, walk to the shops, exercise bike and just general walking around and moving.

Thanx that's great! I think I'm just a bit scared to eat too many calories as when I do i just think I won't lose weight. It can be so hard sometimes to stay on track can't it? Life sometimes gets in the way or if you're like me food gets in the way as I love it so much lol. But I also want to lose the weight so I have to find a balance between the 2.
