Getting Back on Track Once Again

After a series of life events, I am finally getting my butt back on here to get moving on my weight loss journey. I have roughly 145 lbs to lose and I am looking for some weight loss buddies to help make the journey less daunting. My plan is to get back into habit of logging my food, work on small weight loss goals so I don't get overwhelmed but the long term goal.

Hi I'm up for being your buddy. I'm wanting to lose 84lbs. My plan is to do at least 10k steps a day, use my smart hula hoop for at least 5 mins a day and use a smaller plate for my meals. I'm not focusing on calories but I am trying to eat healthier and small portions.2
