Sometimes hot cup of tea, coffee or diet cocoa can help me relax wout chowing. Apples also tend to help me avoid a feeding frenzy.

You might be able to add a bit. See how fast you are losing if more than 1.5 a week or if you feel ridiculously hungry then raise yr calories a bit. I started countin g when my son was about 3 months around 1750ish and lowered it slightly after a few months. Im now 1 yr postpartum I still nurse but he eats a lot of food…

Cup of hot coffee, or hot tea or diet cocoa helps me. Has to be hot though. Helps me relax which is what I think my body is doing when I walk in the door and want to eat everything. Busy helps some, but I have to be in kitchen cooking dinner and that hour is tough. Music on phone dancing about getting steps in while I stir…

I personally dont like it, but really low carb and 1200 calories and you could possibly reach yr goal. As soon as you eat regular food some of weight will come back. Good luck! Took me 7 ivfs and 6 years to get pregnant with my1st then nursed had 2 periods and got pregnant naturally with my second.

Do you have any off days? Days you dont finish logging? Easy to eat deficit for a week in one day. I like to look back on my diary when im not losing the amount I think I should.
-
That is true. but I want to mention my son is almost 9 months im feeding him solids 3 times a day and im still losing on 1650 so see what numbers work right for you as an individual.

You can add breastfeeding under foods for a negative or under excercise. I personally just manually changed my food goal to accommodate nursing calories. Good luck :)
-
Lol that happened to me because my husband had turned off my Bluetooth
-
Ive trying to stick with 1650 :)

I find keeping the sweet into a pre-alotted portion helps keep me more in check. I love edys coconut popsicles for 120 calories
-
Definately see a difference!
-
I would try to stick to a 1-1.5 pound a week loss to not lower supply
-
How long do you plan for weaning to take place? Maybe cut down to 250 for a while then lower yr calories as you lower your nursing? Are you still trying to lose?
-
Yes. Lots of people will tell you that mfp over estimates burn so they eat 50 or 75 percent back and some people dont eat any back.
-
Are you nursing?
-
Limiting my self to one "white" coffee a day. Too many calories that didn't fill me up or give nutrition. I love my coffee!

Im breastfeeding my 6 month old son. Started counting calories 3 months ago. Want to lose another 20 pounds. I also breastfed my daughter and lost 55 pounds after I had her with mfp and excercise. Love when people say oh u lost weight nursing. Yeah not the diet and excercise! Lol

Breastfeeding my 5 month old and still fiddling with calories. Feel free to friend request me anyone :) I also have a 2 year who I had lost 55 pounds after having. The second half on here. Right now I am eating 1650 calories a day. I just walk for excercise so I can do it with kids and started doing better with that as…

Try and find another outlet for emotional eating. Even taking a walk or some kind of excercise can help anxiety. Keep busy as much as possible. Diet buddies are great to keep motivated! Part of motivation is realizing that you can do this! Completly up to you. Make sure your calorie goal is at a reasonable level otherwise…

I dont have pcos but dealt with infertility for many years initially no idea then eventuslly poor egg quality determined. I would have tried anything! Took seven years 6 fresh ivf cycles and one frozen with assisted hatching and got pregnant on last cycle covered by insurance our last chance. Then 13 months later got a big…
