I use meal replacement shakes sometimes and I really like them. It's hard to find one that doesn't have a ton of sugar tho! :) I usually look for the vegan ones, those seem to be a healthier option, and they actually taste pretty good. They are a bit more expensive tho. Hope this helps!

I have lost about 45 lbs and some of my coworkers have said things like "why did you lose weight? You looked great!" (at 260 lbs fyi) and I'm like that's weird cuz NOBODY told me I looked great back then, in fact I had a lot of fat jokes made at my expense soooo forget you guys lol

Something I found that suppresses my appetite is chia seeds. You can add them to your food or drinks. They have a lot of fiber and protein so they make you feel really full. My second pick would be Mega-T green tea pills. I never had any ill side effects with those. Hope this helps :)
