I noticed a visible change after I lost about 20 lbs. Especially in my face. I felt a lot better also. I didn't start getting compliments from others until I was at about 35 lbs lost. I have lost 89lbs with minimal exercise!

For it to be a sustainable weight loss you need to lose no more than 2lbs per week. I have lost 89 lbs at the rate of one to two pounds/week. I'm still going and it's not hard to keep the weight off.

Weight loss is 80% diet. You can exercise your heart out but if you aren't at a calorie deficit then the scale won't move.

one banana alone is over 100 calories at LEAST. It seems to me that you are eating at maintenance calories.

Oh girl, my stomach is still VERY poochy! I have diastasis recti, so I tend to stay away from crunches and pretty much all ab exercises! My diet is slowly but surely helping flatten my tummy!

I can sympathize. Canned and frozen fruits and veggies are the way to go! Other than that, it takes a little effort but keep tabs on what goes on sale and make sure you buy produce that's in season. At my local Sam's club, a bag of apples goes from $4.98 to $7.98 when they aren't in season!

This one may seem weird, but I can feel my pulse in my stomach when I'm laying down! My tail bone is uncomfortable when doing exercises that require you lay on the floor.
