No.....not taking anything. Ran a bunch of sprints earlier and just 30 minutes after I started farting a lot. But it's kind of a regular experience.

Will power. I just detoxed off alcohol a month ago. It was one awful 7 days. After 3 years of heavy drinking if I can quit cold turkey then you have the power to not binge on food. U just gotta know you can and make up ur mind that u are gonna do it.

And that's awesome and I'm happy for you. I just know several people who are on diets they hate and it amazes me how it can affect other aspects of their life. I know people that are on some diet you can only eat 500 calories a day and they're grumpy as heck.

Sometimes it's just body composition, if u are exercising and toning muscle then ur weight might not see a big change but ur body is taking noticeable change bc where ur losing fat your muscles are still becoming more dense even possibly growing a little.
