Someone told me that if your pee is clear that it's a bad thing without any legitimate explanation, facts or proof. I always thought that I was just well hydrated. Please weight i

If it's totally clear, you could back off the water a bit - you are plenty hydrated. And it is possible to drink too much water - it can actually kill you, but takes quite a bit of water.

Pale yellow is good. Google images for urine color chart - there are lots of them out there for guidelines.

But yes, clear urine along with some other signs can be a sign of diabetes.

I think the only issue that this someone maybe was addressing was possibly pissing out all of your electrolytes...that is an issue with some...they go balls to the wall cutting back on sodium and already don't get enough potassium and then drink tons and tons of water and they end up depleting their electrolytes.

Rarely. I drink too much coffee and not enough water.

Depends on the time of the day. In the morning its very dark, during the rest of the day it's pale yellow to clear. Might be because I drink a gallon of water a day. (Keeps my mindless muchies at bay)

I'm on B2 supplements as part of a vitamin cocktail for migraines. Even though I drink tons of water, mine's always highlighter colored.
