Another vote to go get fitted. I have Brooks and love them but there are a lot of great shoes out there and you definitely get what you pay for!

Sounds like you have some torn cartilage. I have the same issue and had surgery to clean up torn Meniscus. :(

You'll get there! Meds can definitely wreck havoc on you. I had the exact same thing happen. Just start with a healthy plan and you'll be there before you know it! Feel free to add me, I'm just starting back at it too.
