Don't worry girl!!! I would definitely say you are tall!!! Most people I know are about 5'7 and below; making me feel gargantuan on a daily basis lol. Ps we totally deserve those extra cals for all the crap we go through as tall people!! Hello flood pants and uncomfortable seats.

Good for you!!! After a bad breakup many years ago, I started to reevaluate my life and the people in it. I was finally strong enough to let the people who weren't true friends go. You dot need people in your life who are just going to pull you down and treat you badly.

I have been there. On the days I'm feeling really tired and depressed, I will make something easy pasta or something) or I just get takeout that fits in my cals. I have struggled with depression and anxiety for many years but have still managed to lose 80lbs. It is possible. I sent you a FR :)

Thank you :) I've found that with the last 5-10lbs or so I've lost, I haven't really seen much of a change in my body. I think recomposition is the way to go :)

I try to plan ahead the best I can. Also, I agree with everyone who says to try and fit it in your daily calories. You don't want to miss out on fun opportunities just because you are eating healthier/trying to lose weight.

I say go for it. Just fit it into your calories accordingly. I'm already planning McDonald's tomorrow and Chinese this weekend. I just fit it in :)
