I'm 5'10 and my goal is 140. I also get the "too skinny" comments but I am still a healthy BMI and feel good.

I've been told I look anorexic and asked if I've been "throwing up". I just chalk it up to people's jealousy and ignorance.

I agree with the above posts. Whenever I would get negative comments it was always from people with jealousy issues. You are doing great, don't let other people's negativity discourage you :)

My fiancé and I used to eat out a lot more. We also used to have way more "Netflix and junk food" nights. Now we try to do more active things like walks and things like that.

Yes. If you are thin you can definitely feel it. I noticed this about 6 months ago lol. It is the pulse from the aortic valve that runs into the abdomen. If you have any pain or discomfort in that area, I'd get it checked out just to be on the safe side ( people can get blockages in that area).

Don't deprive yourself. Fit treats and things you like into your calories. Make your plan one that you can sustain for life. And the biggest; small losses add up.
