I'm 5'10 and my goal is 140. I also get the "too skinny" comments but I am still a healthy BMI and feel good.

I'm 5'5" tall and my initial goal was an arbitrary 163. I just wanted to lose 60 lbs. Well, I'm at 164.4 now and I've decided to lower my goal to 145-150 range...who knows if I'll be satisfied there either. I've never been thin my entire adult life, so hopefully I'll know where I'm comfortable when I get there, lol. I just have no reference point, I don't think I've been this low of a weight since grade school.

I've been getting the skinny comments for awhile now. I'm not even close to skinny yet, but I live far away from my family so when I visit the difference is very obvious and drastic to them. We see ourselves in the mirror everyday so the changes aren't so obvious as they are to others. Loved ones will eventually get used to seeing us this way and hopefully the comments will stop.

Good luck to everyone on all their goals!!

I'm 5"2 (If any one of you lovely people want to send some HEIGHT my way, I'd be grateful).

I started off at around 157 lbs. I managed to get down to around 118. This was not maintainable for me because I absolutely love food - I'm now back up to 138 lbs and hoping to lose around 7-10 pounds to feel comfortable again! :)

5'1, my UGW is 100 lbs- currently plateauing at 104 right now (it doesn't help that I had a bunch of sweets the last week lol) but since starting MFP, my starting weight was 151. The heaviest I ever got was 161! >_<

5'2 and my goal weight is set at 125. But I might decide I've reached my goal before then... I've added a LOT of muscle, so if at 130 I feel like I am fitting into the clothes I want, I don't know that I'll push it further. I was 122 10 years ago, before having kids, so 125 with lots of lean muscle might be asking a lot.

I weigh 4lbs more than I did when I got married, pre kids, 16 years ago

My wedding dress is too big for me

    Height: 5'6.5"
    SW: 182
    CW: 140
    GW: 130-133

I hit 133 for awhile but I was exercising a lot. I cut back the exercise and have found it very easy to maintain 138-140 and eat what I want. It's just hard to get my head around not hitting those goal numbers.

    GH - 5'6"
    GW - 140

Not sure I'll make the Height goal, but I'm killing the weight one for sure!

I'm 5 feet and my goal weight is 110-115 pounds. In high school I was 105 but now I want to be more muscular. I started at 130 and have worked my way down to 120 the last few months.

I'm 5' 2.5" and weigh 125 lbs. My original goal was 127 (started at 212). I have a maintenance range of 123-126. I could get below 123 if I really wanted but I'm happy here. I wear a size 4 or small and I like how I look!

I am just over 5'2". My initial goal weight is 150. That is way over what any chart says I should be but I'm quite muscular even with a lot of weight on me. Once I get there and maintain for awhile I might try to get down to 140. Less then that and I don't really look healthy. So I'll see when I get there what I decide. I'm less about a number and more about looking good and feeling good. This is quite a journey for me and is requiring a TON of emotional work every step of the way.

5'6" and I'm aiming for 150, which is the high end of my recommended BMI.

I'm the same height and I'm aiming for 149, just to get out of the 150s. I'm about 157 right now.... :(

Hi Cassie, I'm 39, 5'7" and currently 68.5kg (151 lbs). I have already lost 6kg (13 lbs) this year. I have a roll of fat around my stomach, and also around my butt, hip and thigh areas and have recently been diagnosed with a fatty liver, so my doctor has advised me to lose a few more kg's, eat healthier, exercise more and drink less. My goal weight is 60kg (132 lbs). This is the weight I was after I had my 3 children and I looked healthy at that weight. Using the BMI calculator it suggests my healthy weight range is between 53kg (116 lbs) - 71kg (156 lbs). As long as you are eating healthy and exercising (and not starving yourself) I wouldn't worry too much about other people's opinions.

5'4" my goal weight is 130-140, like wicked faery73 said, it would depend on how things fit and if I am happy at that weight. Currently 162, so I have a ways to go......
