    I'm 5'7", currently 142 lbs. My goal weight is 127. I was there not too long ago but had a knee injury/surgery and threw myself a pity party that included way too much food (coupled with an inability to run). I'm still in the middle of rehab, but am back on track for losing weight again.

    I am also 5'9". My goal is 160. I've gotten down to 139 before and found it to be VERY unsustainable.

    I'm 5'11 and currently at 151, goal weight is to get back to what my norm for the last 5 years has been ~138. :)

    My weight pre-kid was 125 and that was waaaaaaaayyyy too skinny for my height. I look back on that and it was so unhealthy.

    I am 5'1 and currently weigh 176. My goal weight is 140. I have been up and down in my weight since having children. I am serious about getting this weight off because I know I can look better and feel better than I do now.

    I'm 5'9" and goal is a pair of jeans, but I'm guessing I'll have to get down to 135ish to fit them...

    Hi:) My name is Sara and I am 5'5" and started my journey a couple weeks ago at 215 lbs. Logging my meals has always helped me in the past so I started back up again. A couple years ago I got down to about 135 by walking 5 times per week and circuit training 3-4 times per week. I was very strong and that is definitely how I would like to be again. I have not weighed myself and don't plan to for a while, just so I can focus on how I look and how I feel; that seems to work out the best because then I am not focused on the number. I am currently a size 16 and my goal is size 8. If I feel good but want to go a little more, than a size 6 will most likely be my limit for my body. Good luck everyone!!

    5'1 125-128lb is my goal range. I'm about 2lbs away from 128. I'm so close, but so far away, lol.

    Hi there! I am 5"8, and honestly my goal weight is 170 for now. I'm not interested in getting "thin". I gained about 25 lbs after having my daughter, and in the last few months I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2. I started around 207 and I am now at 195 (diabetes meal plans do that), so I want to drop another 25 lbs and see where everything is at. I have pictures of me when I was about 150-160, and I don't want to get any smaller than that. I'm good having a little bit of thickness.

    I'm 5'2, and 47 years old...my goal weight was originally 115, but when I reached 120 (six months ago) I decided that was enough weight lost, more would be too much. I've been playing with the same two pounds back and forth since, which I think means successful maintenance..lol!

    Hi Cassie, I am your height and anything from 125-140 looks good on me, in different ways, but I feel healthiest around 135. On me that's about 35-29-38, I'm very small busted, and thin bones but medium frame. I think your 135-140 sounds really reasonable.
