I'm 5 feet and my goal weight is 110-115 pounds. In high school I was 105 but now I want to be more muscular. I started at 130 and have worked my way down to 120 the last few months.0

I'm 5' 2.5" and weigh 125 lbs. My original goal was 127 (started at 212). I have a maintenance range of 123-126. I could get below 123 if I really wanted but I'm happy here. I wear a size 4 or small and I like how I look!1

5'5 currently 147 goal is 1350

I am just over 5'2". My initial goal weight is 150. That is way over what any chart says I should be but I'm quite muscular even with a lot of weight on me. Once I get there and maintain for awhile I might try to get down to 140. Less then that and I don't really look healthy. So I'll see when I get there what I decide. I'm less about a number and more about looking good and feeling good. This is quite a journey for me and is requiring a TON of emotional work every step of the way.0

Hi Cassie, I'm 39, 5'7" and currently 68.5kg (151 lbs). I have already lost 6kg (13 lbs) this year. I have a roll of fat around my stomach, and also around my butt, hip and thigh areas and have recently been diagnosed with a fatty liver, so my doctor has advised me to lose a few more kg's, eat healthier, exercise more and drink less. My goal weight is 60kg (132 lbs). This is the weight I was after I had my 3 children and I looked healthy at that weight. Using the BMI calculator it suggests my healthy weight range is between 53kg (116 lbs) - 71kg (156 lbs). As long as you are eating healthy and exercising (and not starving yourself) I wouldn't worry too much about other people's opinions.1

5'4" my goal weight is 130-140, like wicked faery73 said, it would depend on how things fit and if I am happy at that weight. Currently 162, so I have a ways to go......

I'm male (duh) 5foot 11" Weight this year ballooned to 286 I was shocked.. I think it had something do with 3 to 4 bottles of whiskey with Pepsi of course every week.. but I'm not sure.. ( insert sarcasm) Blood pressure was high 150 over 111 I think.. so Myfitness Pal goals and do date 3 weeks have passed is logging every calorie everyday .. stop drinking. and I've lost over 17lbs already ! yes I feel fine workout am empty.. 1700 calories a day recommended by Myfitnesspal.. low carb ( 100grams a day average) I do not eat more when I workout.. ! I just drop more weight. My goal is six pack, lean muscled and vascular at 200lbs or so might make it at around 210. So I'm averaging 5lbs a week loss.. I'll complete my goal in 3.33 months.. just before my birthday! whoop!0

I'm about 5'9.5" and I currently weight 229-231ish. I am 7 weeks post c section and weighed 257 when I delivered him. I would love to get down to 173. That's when I feel really good.0

I'm 5'3" and older with a larger frame. Originally, I set out to get back down to 150. I felt I looked good at that weight, but after starting out at 184 and currently at 163, I'm thinking maybe 140. I am enjoying MFP and calorie counting and seeing results.0

I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 135. I'm "over 50" and this might have been a tad high when I was in my 20's but it's a good weight for me now.0

I'm 5'10" and my goal weight is 150 lb. I've been down to 135/140 before, and people had told me I looked too skinny, also. (Mainly my parents... lol). But I felt awesome, was strong, and energetic. I was ok with 150, too, which is why I made that my goal. When I look back at pics of when I was 135, I can see why they said I was too skinny. lol...0

@AnthonyX150X I hope that your goal weight was a typo. At 5'8", 115 lbs is very seriously underweight. It is unhealthy and dangerous. If this is your goal, please talk to your physician immediately.0

5' 2" 119-123lb is my goal range. I'm 9lbs away from 123... and getting there at a snails pace, lol.

5'4, started at 160 and hoping to get to 138 by December, at which point I'll take a break.
After Christmas, I plan to get down to 133, or maybe a little lower, but will take it very slowly as I am limited in the exercise I can safely do and don't want to get scrawny by losing too much muscle.0 -
I'm presently 6 ft 4 in. At my weight I need to grow to about 7 ft 1 in to be in the middle of the healthy weight range. It will be hard but I can handle a challenge. So my goal is 7 ft 2 in.
