You look beautiful :) I can sympathize with the anxiety you feel; I am 75lbs down and still hateeeeee having my picture taken. I find I am even more critical of pictures now than I was 75lbs ago. I think it just takes time for self confidence to grow. And congrats on your loss!!!! You look great :)

Don't feel ashamed! Bad days, binges, etc happen to everyone!! I agree with the above posters; don't fast. Just get back on your regular eating schedule tomorrow and drink lots of water to help with bloating. Also, give yourself a break and don't weigh yourself for a few days. I find if I go off my "plan" the scale shows a…

Yes I am having a very hard time seeing what everyone else is seeing. I'm down 75lbs and would like to lose 10 more. Everyone tells me I'm too skinny and I'll look sick if I lose more. I'm 5'10 though so a 10lbs loss won't be THAT noticeable. And I definitely feel awkward when people mention my weight loss or size. Even if…

Maybe the OP was hoping everyone would shave their heads after reading this ;)

I started my journey at 23 years old and an obese BMI. I felt overwhelmed too but I knew if I didn't do something then, that number would continue to increase and then I'd be really in trouble. I'm now 75lbs down and 9.2lbs from ultimate goal weight. I agree with what above posters said, set small goals at first. Small…

I am mostly vegetarian. Sometimes I will have chicken or fish but very rarely. I have thought about becoming vegan but I can't give up cheese lol. You are welcome to add me as a friend if you'd like :)

ITA with Christine! It's willpower. Some days you will have more than others. As long as you don't let one off day or off meal derail you completely, you will be fine.

Hi, What about something low intensity like walking? Or maybe some yoga or stretching? Good luck! :)

We don't have kids yet so my spouse and I usually eat different meals. I don't really like to eat meat and he loves it, so that is another big reason why we usually have different dinners. We still try to eat at the same time though (if possible).

I'm in :) down 75lbs and would like to lose about 9 more :)

If you're really craving something during TOM, just try to fit it in your daily calories; don't deprive yourself. I always try to up my water intake as well to help with bloating.

Haha me too!!!! I would "cheat" from the moment I woke up until bedtime. I would make sure I had fast food at least once and buy lots of candy and stuff for dessert. I wanted to make my cheat days count lol. Now, I physically can't do it!!! I start to feel way too sick if I eat too much junk. I will usually have dinner out…

I agree. My "cheat days" aren't nearly as bad as they used to be but I do have days were I am way more lenient with my eating :)

I know many people have had very serious gallbladder issues after doing this diet. I would consider consulting a doctor before attempting this.

You're welcome and good luck :)

Thank you @danielmaznabi :)

I have lost 75lbs and am aiming to lose another 10. I honestly just stuck to a deficit and tried to get in as much exercise as possible. I didn't cut anything out, just modified portion sizes. I still treat myself and eat the things I like. Why did you lower your calorie goal to 1200? If you just stick to what MFP gives…

I'm 26, started my journey at 23. I'm 5'10 and down 75lbs. I think the only place I have loose skin is my arms. I'm sure this could be fixed with strength training though. I has taken me over three years to lose the weight. Losing slow, being young, and staying hydrated helps. Good luck :)

I didn't read all of the comments but I just want to say I am sorry you are going through this. You seriously need to get away from your husband before he seriously hurts you or even worse. It took a really devestating break up years ago for me to evaluate my life. I was extremely anxious, depressed, and self destructive…

Amazing job!!! I am so sorry for what you have been through. You are an inspiration!!!!

Thanks for the response! I am of the mindset of counting everything calorific too, especially now that I am getting closer to goal and the weight loss has slowed down.

Thanks for the reply! I didn't even think about checking their website :)

Preplaning for sure Not bringing trigger foods into the house Keeping healthy snacks readily available Listening for hunger signals and not just eating out of boredom, emotions, etc

I have lost 74.4lbs. I started as obese and my eating habits were so atrocious that as soon as I started eating differently I felt a big change. People started noticing at around 20lbs lost. I'm 5'10 though so it takes bigger loses to show.
