Thank you ive added you both. I’m 27 first time Mum to a 9 month old. Had a rough time with his birth as he was premature. I go back to work end of the month so need to get motivated now. I want to lose around a stone. I’ve lost a stone and a half since I gave birth but gained a bit back recently but luckily not all of it.

Being Gluten Free doesnt make you loose weight since i was told i am gluten and lactose intolerant i have gained weight only time i lost weight was when i was undiagnosed and sat on the toilet 12 times a day

I am also gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant, i have found all the gluten free products are filled with so much rubbish that we do tend to put weight on and I've also heard they aren't that good as they have a lot of sugar put in and things like anti mold

You might not be eating enough! You have to eat to lose weight otherwise if you don't then your body will store the food you do eat
