Reality has set in that I am not getting in younger. I am tired of feeling tired and of setting a bad example example for my family. I am going to change. I am looking for friends for motivation and support.

    My first child was my motivation to get healthy. All the effort, hunger, exercise in your future will be worth it. Get to it, stick with it
