  • His. Yeah, that's the plan and it's certainly what I've done in the past. The main purpose of this post is to find someone looking for someone to push me in the gym who would likewise be interested in following a plan, be it personalised or pre prepared as above
  • That remains to be seen-part of the reason I want a gym partner is someone to bounce ideas off.
  • Im always worried about alcohol on a refeed day, having been told it inhibits the `job` of the leptin which is the whole point of a refeed day. My normal macros are 136g carbs, 60g fat and 180 protein. The fat and protein needs to stay the same but i can probably get away with about 270g of carbs
