Alternatives to 500g of fat free yoghurt?
Over the course of an average day, i tend to eat (amongst other things), a 500g pot of fat free yoghurt (macros-297 calories, 43g carb, 0g fat and 30g protein). Its a useful source when fitting it around other foods and within my macros etc. However eaten daily, it can be very dull. Anyone got any ideas for alternative,…

Without turning this into a debate about the benefits of refeed days (im doing one, have done, and it works or else i wouldnt be doing more ;) ), in looking for a bit of variety, id be interested if anyone had any ideas for refeed day meals on a 2600 calorie diet?

50/30/20 2000 calorie diet suggestions
Hi ppl, im currently planning to move onto a 50% protein, 30% carb and 20% fat cutting plan, but im just generally scouting around for meal plan ideas? If anyone can suggest a diet including breakfast lunch dinner and 3 snacks, ideally with the relevant weights and so on, id be fascinated to see, as im coming a bit unstuck…
