50/30/20 2000 calorie diet suggestions

Hi ppl, im currently planning to move onto a 50% protein, 30% carb and 20% fat cutting plan, but im just generally scouting around for meal plan ideas? If anyone can suggest a diet including breakfast lunch dinner and 3 snacks, ideally with the relevant weights and so on, id be fascinated to see, as im coming a bit unstuck - there is only so much Chicken and Brown Rice a man can eat!

Don't bother with a plan... just eat what you want and fit it into your macros/ IIFYM.0
