Refeed day meal ideas?

Without turning this into a debate about the benefits of refeed days (im doing one, have done, and it works or else i wouldnt be doing more ;) ), in looking for a bit of variety, id be interested if anyone had any ideas for refeed day meals on a 2600 calorie diet?

    Burgers, pizza, beer, ice cream.

    Basically, eat something that you have been wanting and usually don't have the room for.

    Im always worried about alcohol on a refeed day, having been told it inhibits the `job` of the leptin which is the whole point of a refeed day.

    My normal macros are 136g carbs, 60g fat and 180 protein. The fat and protein needs to stay the same but i can probably get away with about 270g of carbs

    most of the bodybuilding types that I know who do re-feeds do so with lots of carbs...big pasta dishes, etc and keep their fat intake pretty low...something about hormonal responses is what I've been told, but I've never really bothered to delve that deeply into things and really, my guess is that it makes minimal difference...maybe if I was a body competitor or something but for my purposes...meh...

    for me personally, a good 16 oz rib eye and a baked potato would probably be my go to...and it is.
