Best diet to lose fat very fast.but u need a lot of fiber and after 6 weeks I had horrible smell from my mouth so 6 weeks max.

1g fat=9 calories To keep muscles u need 0.5g/kg body weight for example if u weight 100kg u need 50g of fat a day. Hope it help.

Yes I track my macros.Every 2 weeks -50carbs(200calories)ill increase proteins when I go down to 150g carbs a day.i keep my fat at 0,5g x body weight. What about you?
